He's also a Chartered Scientist and a Fellow of the Centre for Evidence-based Management. Richard has over twenty years experience as a practitioner, coach and leadership development specialist. He's also the host of the popular podcast about workplace psychology '<a href="https://www.worklifepsych.com/podcast" title="https://www.worklifepsych.com/podcast" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">My Pocket Psych</a>'.Rachael is an experienced Chartered Psychologist and consultant, whose passions lie in an evidence-based approach to developing people at work.
