Leadership and the development of future and existing leaders are priorities for any organisation. But enduring myths about what makes for good leadership, combined with a lot of poor practice in leadership development, leave the space mudied and full of myths and misunderstandings.

The experienced and accredited workplace psychologists at WorkLifePsych have launched a camapign to improve the quality of leadership development bust the myths that confuse the leadership conversation. We call it 'Sustainable Leadership'.

In this sixth webinar in the series, Dr. Richard MacKinnon and Dr. Rachel Skews will explore the important contribution coaching can make to leadership developent. They'll share:

Your facilitators

The founder of WorkLifePsych, Richard is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Chartered Coaching Psychologist. He's also a Chartered Scientist and a Fellow of the Centre for Evidence-based Management. Richard has over twenty years experience as a practitioner, coach and leadership development specialist. He's also the host of the popular podcast about workplace psychology 'My Pocket Psych'.

Rachael is an experienced Chartered Psychologist and consultant, whose passions lie in an evidence-based approach to developing people at work. Her PhD explored the mechanisms through which coaching can be used to boost Psychological Flexibility in the workplace. She's also a Fellow of the Centre for Evidence-based Management.
