They'll explain: <ul><li>How are myths different to fads and fashions?</li><li>What are some of the most common myths about leaders and their development?</li><li>Why do myths persist despite the evidence?</li><li>Why it really matters when myths are taken as fact</li><li>How to be more evidence-based when it comes to leadership and leadership development</li></ul> <h3>Your facilitators</h3>The founder of WorkLifePsych, Richard is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Chartered Coaching Psychologist. He's also a Chartered Scientist and a Fellow of the Centre for Evidence-based Management. Richard has over twenty years experience as a practitioner, coach and leadership development specialist. He's also the host of the popular podcast about workplace psychology '<a href="https://www.worklifepsych.com/podcast" title="https://www.worklifepsych.com/podcast" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">My Pocket Psych</a>'.Rachael is an experienced Chartered Psychologist and consultant, whose passions lie in an evidence-based approach to developing people at work. Her PhD explored the mechanisms through which coaching can be used to boost <a href="https://www.worklifepsych.com/psychologicalflexibility/" title="https://www.worklifepsych.com/psychologicalflexibility/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Psychological Flexibility</a> in the workplace. She's also a Fellow of the Centre for Evidence-based Management.
