We feel like strangers to each other. What can I do?" "I’ve been struggling to find a job. Right now, my wife is the one earning money, and I feel really down and useless!" "From morning till night, I’m constantly cooking and doing housework. I feel like I’ve lost myself 😮‍💨."Leaving your home country and starting a new life in a different place is a challenging journey. With everything being unfamiliar, it’s natural to feel confused and frustrated. These feelings can easily lead to emotional struggles, affecting personal growth and family relationships.Thanks to funding from the North West Regional Strategic Migration Partnership, Trafford Hongkongers CIC, in collaboration with Hong Kong Counsellors Hub CIC, is hosting a series of online talks from April to May 2025. These sessions will explore the challenges of migration from different perspectives and provide guidance on how to cope.
