How long does the course last?

To complete this course you need a minimum of 16 hours of contact time with me. This will be split between the two days. Don't worry, there will be plenty of breaks.

Question 2

I'm an outdoor instructor, is this qualification suitable?

Accepted Answer

This is the ideal qualification for an outdoor instructor. The qualification meets the Outdoor First Aid Band 3 requirements of the Institute for Outdoor Learning. It aligns with the Institute for Outdoor Learning Statement of Good Practice for Outdoor First Aid Training.

Will there be food and refreshments provided?

Accepted Answer

Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the training course with regular breaks. Please bring a packed lunch or you can use the cafe that's on site.

Question 4

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. It is pay and display and costs around £5 for the day to park there. Most of the time there's a height restrictions barrier in place.

Can dogs tag along?

Accepted Answer

No. This course requires the full attention of everyone without any external distractions to me as the teacher and you and others as the students.
