Can I vote online during the AGM?

We have taken the decision to make this years vote in person only, due to rising costs and decreasing number of online attendees. Members joining online are asked to submit their proxy vote in advance and will be able to ask questions during the AGM via the Q & A function on Zoom.

How do I register my vote in advance?

To register your vote in advance, please go to our Governance page on the website or type in www.surreywildlifetrust.org.uk/vote in your browser.

How will I know my proxy vote has been registered and received by the Charity?

If you have registered your proxy vote online, you should receive an email confirming how you have voted. If you have assigned another named person (other than the Chair), you will need to pass your instructions to your proxy and ensure they attend the meeting in person.
