She is the founder of Projesium and CryptoIndexSeries, where she has led innovative projects at the intersection of fintech, blockchain, and AI.With a passion for community building and thought leadership, Dr. Phillips has organised landmark events such as Turkey’s first large-scale Blockchain Summit. She has also participated in leading accelerator programs including Tenity and the Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator, securing investment from European and U.S.-based VCs.Her expertise spans the practical applications of AI—particularly Generative AI—in business transformation. She has led internal AI initiatives, delivered seminars in AI masterclasses for project managers, and advises startups and mid-size companies on AI strategy, roadmap development, and implementation.Dr. Phillips recently contributed a chapter titled "Transforming Startups with Gen AI" to the Springer-published book Tomorrow's Data Empowered Project Management. Now based in Oxford, she is the driving force behind the AI for Business – Oxford event series, helping companies across industries turn AI potential into practical outcomes.In this talk, Dr. Emine Gokce Phillips explores how startups can harness the power of Generative AI to overcome resource constraints, enhance productivity, and drive innovation. Talk 2: The business realities of introducing predictive AI with Tom CokerIntangles provide Real-time analytics for fleets.
