The Fun Fed is a London based playful events company who since 2005 has created opportunities for people to shake off the day.We do that by running uplifting and unusual music, dance and games sessions every week that act as an antidote to the seriousness of everyday London life. Wholesome escapism is what we call it.Old school playground games are The Fun Fed's trademark sessions. But stopping at Games would be boring right? So whether it’s Djembe Drumming, BellyBolly or perhaps Soul Singing, you’ll be sure to find some pretty inventive ways to be entertained and uplifted with us.At The Fun Fed we pride ourselves on our network of friendly facilitators, ones who’ve mastered their crafts and love working with people.We’ve worked with big venues such as the Southbank Centre on a young peoples’ rightsfestivaland with small organisations such as St Paul’s Cancer on staff wellbeing sessions. In a way you could say we’re serious about play.The Fun Fed believes that through playfulness and discovery we can lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Join us for a symphonic session of enriching melodies that’ll leave you feeling uplifted and connected. 

Reconnect to your creative, embodied and playful nature with this wholly welcoming singing workshop led by <a href="https://www.sophiaefthimiou.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sophia Efthimiou</a>. Learn songs from a variety of traditions in spine tingling harmony. Songs to soothe the heart and lift the soul. Everyone is welcome. As Zimbabwean proverb says “If you can talk you can sing, if you can walk you can dance.”Sophia is a singer, choir leader and music teacher based in London and Sussex. She has a unique and infectious style, bringing a sweet balance of humour and depth to her workshops. Her warm and playful nature creates a sense of ease and unity, enabling everyone to drop into a space that is both held and free. Sophia’s singing workshops are soul inspiring, heart warming and empowering, creating a sense of euphoria and connection for everyone involved.
