A series of talks which empower individuals to speak out on topics which deserve attention, enable us to challenge the status quo and collectively advocate for organisational change.In this talk, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/eloise-yard-a694a41b4/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/rachel-craddock-91575a116/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rachel Craddock</a> discusses #neurodiversity, aiming to start open discussions about how to develop awareness, understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity. The session will explore what neurodiversity is, discuss the benefits of a neurodiverse work place and present some of the issues neurodivergent people face on a daily basis.<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/rachel-craddock-91575a116/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Rachel Craddock</a>, one of Thales Research, Technology and Innovation’s technical consultants, is leading the Neurodiversity and Inclusion work for Thales in the UK.This event welcomes attendees from all genders and all organisations.
