What should I bring with me?

If you own a laptop please bring it with you. We hope to bring one or two spare laptops but it isn't feasible to bring more. It is possible to edit Wikipedia from a smartphone so if we have more attendees than laptops, we'll ask people to use their smartphones.

Do I need to do anything before the session?

Accepted Answer

Please create a free Wikipedia account before the session. For those who struggle with this, we can help you on the day, however if lots of new accounts are created from the same IP address this can lead to automatic blocks to avoid vandalism.

Accepted Answer

You are very welcome to bring your own ideas however we will also have a list of suggestions for those who might need inspiration.
