A﻿t UKREiiF 2025 Invest Warwickshire, together with Warwickshire County Council and Warwickshire Property Development Group, and our commercial partners CDP, Countryside Partnerships, HORIBA-MIRA, Prologis, Stoford, Tritax Symmetry, we are hosting 'Warwickshire Creating Places,' where we will discuss the opportunities coming forward from key sectors and how a range of partnerships are delivering a range of commercial property across the county.

Our popular interactive networking and panel event returns for 2025 with a focus on innovation, sustainability and partnership.

Royal Armouries Museum

The event will take place in The Midlands Engine Partnership Pavilion, within the Pavilion Zone outdoor area and shown as No 10 in the event guide. It is located next to the West Midlands Pavilion.Please note that although there is no charge for admission to our event, you will need a paid pass to enter the UKREiiF event from the organisers: https://www.ukreiif.com/

How to find us:The event takes place in the Midlands Engine Pavilion at the end of the Pavilion Zone, marked as No10 in the UKREiiF guide.After locating the 'Transforming Government Property Pavilion,' in Pavilion Square, head towards the Pavilion Zone area. You'll pass the 'TerraTech Pavilion' at the top of the Zone on the left side and then continue straight to the end of the Zone. The Midlands Engine Pavilion is at the end on the left side. See you there!

Our popular interactive networking and panel event returns for 2025 with a focus on innovation, sustainability and partnership in the development of new commercial space, including space for SMEs, hearing from public, university and private sector voices how they are bringing forward development in the dynamic investment destination of Warwickshire.

Our panel on Sustainability in Development includes Molly Turpie from Marriott Hotels, Ned Williams from Evans Randall Investors, Peter Vale from Severn Trent and Kate Holmes from Titax Big Box.

Our panel on Partnerships includes Stuart Buckley from Warwickshire Property Development Group, David Smith from IM Properties, Jo Russell from Stoford and Jane Coleman from University of Warwick.

The event also includes presentations from Tritax Big Box, Stoford and IM Properties.
