Step into a renewed space and experience the flowing practice of vinyasa yoga within a light-filled hidden orangery. Surrounded by natural light, glasshouse_studio offers a peaceful escape in the city - where the outdoors meets indoors.

Whether you’re easing into your week with an energising flow, or winding down into the evening, each session is designed to align breath with mindful movement - releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space to reconnect with yourself.

Transition from day into the evening ease tension, and the stresses of the day away - leaving you grounded, calm, and lighter.


& the odd weekend classes... (usually last weekend of the month)

Saturday & Sunday morning renew from 8.30am

Set up your weekend day however you prefer to spend it best. Book end the class with a slow morning, or a 5/10km run, could even head to your favourite brunch or coffee place afterwards... A sunday well spent.
