Join knowledge and information leaders and practitioners in a "flipped classroom" style workshop to discuss practical ways to encourage the psychological safety necessary for widespread knowledge sharing and post action reviews inside your organisation.Learn from industry insiders and peers, guided by Helene Russell, specialist in law firm Knowledge, Learning and Innovation.This event will run via Zoom and you will receive the meeting link once you have booked your ticket.A flipped classroom approach enables you to make the most of your time. Before the event you will be given some resources to read and watch at a time that suits you (approx 30 mins), then you join the event and use the "live" workshop time for peer-to-peer learning about the practical ramifications of what you've read, swapping practical implementation ideas and thoughts on how to overcome some of the challenges and barriers.
