Be ready for a relaxing afternoon of meditation, mindfulness and healing, perfect for your Sunday self care!Session consists of:<ul><li>a guided meditation</li><li>sound bath with flute and various sound healing instruments</li><li>breathwork exercises to calm the nervous system</li><li>optional community discussion and mindfulness tips</li></ul> Located at Studio 108, a community based meditation center in Holborn, central London.
