We all crave peace and contentment in our life, but find this very difficult to find. We try to resolve this by changing our external conditions - but without peace in our mind we will never be happy, no matter how good these conditions may be.In this course we will look at how we can overcome the source of all our daily dissatisfaction and experience true contentment that is undisturbed by the turbulence of our daily life.PROGRAMME<ul><li>10:00 am Talk &amp; meditation</li><li>11:15 am Break</li><li>12:00 pm Talk &amp; meditation</li></ul>The event concludes at 1:00pm*The event is live-streamed with the opportunity to ask questions by email or chat.
