What time should I arrive?

You are welcome to arrive before your ticket entry time as we know you’re keen to start buying, however we ask that you do not arrive too far in advance!

Question 2

Will those who buy advance entry tickets in advance definitely get priority?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Doors will open at 11:00 for people who have bought 11:00 entry advance tickets online. Second door entry will commence at 12:00 giving advance entry attendees a full hour before everyone else.

Our priority at opening will be to get everyone through the doors as quickly as possible.

Can I leave and come back into the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everyone will get a wristband on entry to the venue which will allow re-entry at any time. Please be aware that during peak times we will be operating a one-in-one-out system and you may have to join a re-entry queue to get back in, priority will be given to anyone who already has a wristband.

Is there parking at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are ample parking spaces. Parking is at a first come first serve basis. Parking is free.

Question 5

Are there concessions for carers and PAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a carer/PA will be admitted free of charge with a paying disabled attendee. Please email us once you have purchased the ticket to arrange a free carer's pass.

Question 6

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Accepted Answer

Under 16s do not need to pay to enter when accompanied by a full paying adult after 14:00.

If you wish to bring a child over 5 years of age for any other door, a ticket must also be purchased for each child attending.

Under 5s are free at any time.

Question 7

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Accepted Answer

Under 16s do not need to pay to enter when accompanied by a full paying adult after 13:00.

If you wish to bring a child over 5 years of age for any other door, a ticket must also be purchased for each child attending.

I’ve bought a pre-paid ticket but now I can’t make it. Can I have a refund?

We are unable to offer refunds for pre-paid tickets, but you are welcome to give them to a friend or family member.

Question 9

Can I take photographs and videos at the event?

Accepted Answer

Photography and video is permitted, however we ask that you do not bring large cameras and equipment that will cause a trip hazard or disrupt others enjoyment of the show. We also ask that you ask permission before filming a vendor's stall.

Question 10

Can I bring my dog to your event?

Accepted Answer

Sorry but no dogs are permitted at this event.

Question 11

I missed my time slot, can I still attend at a later time?

Accepted Answer

You can't arrive earlier than your allotted time slot, however you can arrive any time afterwards until the show closes.

How do I exhibit at the Nottingham Gaming Market?

Do the vendors accept cash and card payments?

Accepted Answer

Most traders accept card payments however it is always best to bring a little bit of cash for those individual sellers who don't have card facilities.
