An evening for all women in Down and Dromore with worship, testimony, teaching, ministry and food. All welcome!

Belvoir Parish Church

We’re delighted to be holding another Encounter event for women in Down and Dromore, this time in the evening. Please join us on Friday 30 May at 7.30pm in Belvoir Parish Church. We'll spend a couple of hours together enjoying worship and refreshments, as well as hearing encouraging testimony and teaching. We look forward to seeing you and your friends!Hosted by: Hilary McClayWorship leader: Lydia HarveySpeakers: Ruth Thompson and Ali CalvinRUTH THOMPSONRuth lives in East Belfast with her two sons, Joel (8) and Freddie (5). She works as a singing teacher as well as freelance singer and radio presenter. Ruth will be telling some of her story about becoming a widow aged 30 when her husband, Andrew, died from brain cancer. She’ll be sharing some of the highs and lows of her continuing walk with God.ALI CALVINAli leads Christ Church Kilkeel. She has a heart for seeing people come alive in their faith and relationship with Jesus through the power of the word and the Spirit. She is passionate about teaching people to hear God for themselves. Please book early as space is limited.
