<p>Join your fellow York illustrators in the conservatory of <a href="https://www.exhibitionhotelyork.co.uk/" title="https://www.exhibitionhotelyork.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Exhibition pub</a> for an open, informal event, for illustrators at any stage, to chat about the business side of running a practice - finding clients, tackling challenges, and why being an illustrator is an amazing job.</p><p>The first half is a guided group chat (join in, or just listen), followed by a relaxed second half for drinks, drawing, and catching up.</p><p>This is a great event to connect with local illustrators and swap ideas on how we all make it work.</p><p><br></p><h4>About Drawvik</h4><p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/drawvik_york/" title="https://www.instagram.com/drawvik_york/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Drawvik</a> is a meet up group for illustrators in and around York and is part of the network of illustrator meet-ups supported by <a href="https://theaoi.com/" title="https://theaoi.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">the AOI</a>.</p><p>Open to illustrators of all backgrounds and career stages. Drawvik is a supportive, lively hub to share inspirations, exercise some creative muscles and connect with like-minded folks.</p><p><br></p><h4>Accessibility</h4><p>The AOI would like to make events accessible to all, where possible.
