Founded in London in 2015,  as a one off event to give a platform to the best of the ‘Dark Arts’. The show booked offbeat & underground circus acts, performers, musicians & artists with incredible talents, sidelined by mainstream events and media, bringing them together for a so called ‘Festival of The Dead.Today, Festival of The Dead creates unique and groundbreaking events across the whole spectrum of Dark Arts. With a global fan base and following, if you are only just learning about Festival of The Dead, you are late to the party. See you in the underworld.Please note: this event is not part of the Dia de los Muertos public holiday, which has significant religious meaning and many traditions that will not be happening at our show.

<h2>The Rock Orchestra by Candlelight: Edinburgh</h2>Venue: O2 Academy Edinburgh17th February 2022Get ready to be moved with an orchestral reimagining of the Rock and Metal genres performed by Festival of The Dead's 'Rock Orchestra' in stunning, candlelit surroundings. This event is for ages 14+. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.All seating is unreserved.COVID-19 MEASURESWhile we are aware that the majority of restrictions (incl social distancing) will be ending, we will continue to be Covid responsible and exercise caution in our events.Safety remains of paramount importance and in the interest of looking after others, we ask that our guests to remain vigilant and adhere to the basic Covid measures before attending.These include and are not limited to:- Washing hands regularly.- Sanitising hands where washing is not available.- Being mindful of those who might be vulnerable.- Mask wearing while not mandatory, is welcome.According to regulations in Scotland, guests are required to provide EITHER proof of a double vaccination OR a Negative Lateral Flow test. We will continue to review all measures and move in-line with Government advice both in the UK in Scotland. Should anything change, ticket holders will be notified.Please note; Venues may have their own Covid systems in place which may differ from the above.
