RE-CREATE YOUR BUSINESS MISSION AND A VISION FOR THE FUTURE...
FOR SOCIAL ENTERPRISES IN SOMERSET

We are sorry that you have missed our event this time. If you would like more information about the Somerset Social Enterprise Network visit https://ccslovesomerset.org/somerset-social-enterprise/ or email EnhanceSEN@Somersetrcc.org.uk.

Why do some organisations have more loyal customers and staff, and are more successful? Re-create your business mission and a vision for the future. Gain clear direction and sharper focus for what’s to come.In re-examining vision and mission and making strategy changes, a social enterprise needs to look at its own values, strengths, weaknesses and how they fit into the current operating environment. Values generally don't change much - it's the environment that those values have to be employed in that changes. You will start by asking yourself:

Why does your social enterprise exist?

What makes your social enterprise different from the rest?

What change do you hope to continue to inspire?

Patricia Marks, CEO of Somerset Business Agency CIC founded her social enterprise over 10 years ago. She is an expert in business development and project management. She will draw on her significant experience of working with public, private and third sector organisations. She is passionate about the sector and has a proven record in the successful delivery of programmes and development projects. Her clients span a wide area from employment, education, charity, healthcare, business, to environment and agriculture. She has provided training, developed materials, coaching and mentoring to help others achieve both personal and company goals and objectives.Connect with other social enterprises who can inspire you.
