Do I have to share?

Not at all. You’re welcome to simply listen and hold space for others. Sharing is always optional, and you will never be put on the spot.

What happens in a Sharing Circle?

Each session begins with a short welcome and grounding exercise, followed by an open round of sharing where anyone can speak from the heart. We close with a final reflection and a short space for sharing what you’re excited about for the week ahead.

Is this a therapy group?

Accepted Answer

No. Sharing Circles are not therapy, coaching, or counselling. They are community spaces for connection, self-reflection, and storytelling.

Who are the circles for?

These circles are open to women of all backgrounds who want to slow down, connect, and share stories in a supportive, non-judgemental space. You don’t need any special experience, just a willingness to listen and hold space for others.

Question 5

Do I need to turn my camera on?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to join with your camera and microphone off at the start. During the sharing round, if you choose to speak, we do encourage cameras to be on to help create a sense of connection, but it’s always your choice.

Can I join late or leave early?

We kindly ask that you arrive on time so the group can settle together.

Is each week the same?

Accepted Answer

Every circle is shaped by who shows up and what is shared. There is no set agenda, only a shared commitment to listening, holding space, and connecting.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Accepted Answer

No. To protect the privacy and trust of everyone who attends, sessions are never recorded.
