Board update &amp; invite to Open Forum: Governance Changes in the BMCHonouring our commitment to keep you informed about governance developments within the BMC, we would like to update you on recent events and also to invite you to a further open forum. The open forum is intended for those members interested in the governance of the BMC and provides a way of engaging with those members who wish to get into the detail of how the organisation is run. This session will be different from our previous one, as it will ask for feedback on changes to our governance before they are presented formally at the AGM on the 15th May 2021.What we intend to cover:•	Briefing on our suggested Article changes to be voted on at the AGM•	Changes to our election voting procedures•	Changes to our Area Terms of ReferenceWe will also provide an opportunity for to hear from our newly appointed Independent directors and Interim CEO, plus a question and answer session on governance-related issues.
