For the 3rd year running, Park Royal Design District is taking part in London Craft Week from 17-18 May 2025, with a 2-day festival of Making and Craft in all its forms.

Looking for a few hours of calm, crafty joy? Our Cord Necklace Workshop is the perfect place to unwind, explore your creativity, and make something beautiful with your own two hands.Who it's for: This workshop is open to everyone—whether you're a total beginner, a seasoned maker, or just someone curious about trying something new. No experience needed, just a willingness to play, explore and enjoy the process.What you’ll learn: You’ll be guided step-by-step through the art of making your very own cord necklace—one that's totally unique to you. From choosing your colour palette to learning basic knotting, and finishing techniques, you’ll walk away with both a finished necklace and a new creative skill under your belt.What we’ll use: You’ll be working with high-quality cords in a range of colours and textures . We’ll provide everything you need—just bring yourself!How you’ll learn: This is a relaxed, hands-on workshop with plenty of time to experiment and ask questions. Over the past two years, I’ve been working primarily with cords—exploring their versatility through handcrafted pieces that blend functionality with artistic expression.
