This powerful heart-opening plant medicine will support your experience, allowing you to connect more deeply with yourself and your heart. We'll set intentions before moving into a powerful Transformational Breath® session where you’ll learn this incredible breathwork technique which helps release tension, ease stress or anxiety, process your emotions and help you reconnect to yourself.Music and therapeutic sounds will be woven into this breathwork experience where you’ll be guided through 45 mins of going deep into your breath, followed by a grounding 45 min sound journey.
