What does the passenger need and want from public transport information?

In an era where we are bombarded by the latest news and we are everyone is trying to grab our attention for a few seconds, it is increasingly difficult to make a difference and make public transport standout.With all the technologies available to us, what should we be using and how is a regular question we face. In this event we set out to answer three questions:1. What does the passenger need and want from public transport information?2. What can we learn from the recent research and implementations about what and how we should be deploying information?3. What are the latest developments and capabilities for website, app and physical displays and technologies?
