The agenda includes:Kingston VCSE commissioned services – insights and opportunities from<ul><li>Louise Footner, Executive Director for Residents and Communities, RBK</li><li>Denise Madden, Deputy Executive Lead for Kingston and Richmond Places, South West London Integrated Care System</li><li>Julia McDonald, Corporate Head of Service for ASC Strategy, Partnerships and Transformation, RBK</li></ul>A presentation of insights on VCSE spend within the borough from the local authority and Integrated Care Board (ICB) to support a discussion around opportunities for commissioning arrangements across the council and ICB, including considering funding, service and contracts moving forward.Building Resilience in the VCSE sector - Amanda Tincknell, CEO, Cranfield TrustThe VCSE sector is facing multiple challenges including planning ahead in uncertain times, managing change, and finding funding for sustainability. Amanda will offer some invaluable insights from the Cranfield Trust on how VCSE organisations can build their resilience, including setting priorities, forecasting and understanding costs.Kingston Compact - Sanja Djeric Kane, CEO, KVAThe Kingston Compact, aimed at strengthening collaborative relationships between the VCSE sector and our public sector partners, should be ready for submission to the Kingston Partnership Board in September. Sanja will update the meeting on what has been happening over the summer.
