Come along to our first meet-up of 2025 for illustrators in Plymouth with a super-friendly picnic social on Plymouth Hoe. This meet-up is about getting to know each other whilst sketching the gorgeous landscape of Britain's Ocean City, including the iconic Smeaton’s Tower!Please meet at 1pm, by <a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/WhdxBsRDzC5yUDAx9" title="https://maps.app.goo.gl/WhdxBsRDzC5yUDAx9" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Smeaton's Tower</a>. The meeting is a chance to…<ul><li>Meet and chat to other illustrators from Plymouth.</li><li>Have your say on what these meet-ups can do to help you as an illustrator.</li><li>Shape the Plymouth meet-up programme, so we can organise talks, workshops and events, which are fun, informative and make a real difference to you as an illustrator.</li></ul>Most importantly, it’s a chance to feel supported and part of the lovely Plymouth illustration community, because we get that illustration can feel like a lonely business sometimes.Whilst not compulsory for attendance, we appreciate anyone who can bring nibbles and drinks that can be shared with the group, as well as any blankets for people to sit on! In the case of wet weather, this event will be relocated to The Box, where we will meet at the bottom of the stairs just past the gift shop. This event is open to illustrators of all levels and skill, whether you are a seasoned professional or completely new to the industry.
