Arrival &amp; Grounding • Open circle, ideally seated outdoors or surrounded by natural elements • Gentle mindfulness practice including short breath awareness Writing Invitation • Unstructured writing time supported by gentle prompts, such as: – “I am rooted like…” – “The wind carries…” – “The ground remembers…” – “In stillness, I found…” • Participants can write freely — fragments, single words, or full poemsSharing Circle • Optional sharing in a supportive, non-judgmental space • Emphasis on deep listening, closing with gratitude to the group and the Earth*** Wider Sharing Option *** apply to share your poetry or prose at the Open Mic later in the day
