咳嗽（乙巳年）之中醫認識咳左好耐都未好，親友話燉橙可醫咳，網上話洋蔥水都得，藥材店阿叔話燉川貝更好，究竟邊種方法先適合我?從中醫角度，咳嗽成因眾多，簡單如外感未清，複雜者或涉及個人體質(如肺氣不足)。梁醫師將會介紹乙巳年(2025)較常見的咳嗽類型，中藥或針灸治療、以及相關自救方法。Chronical coughChronic cough is an annoying issue, some says stew orange can help but other says steam onion. Which method is the most suitable to me? From the TCM theory, there is a variey of reason for chronic cough. Some is related to wind and cold factor, but some can be due to the deficiency of Qi (energy). Mr Leo Leung will introduce how the TCM logic can help for the cough commonly seen in 2025, by using herbs and acu-points.梁顥宏中醫師<ul><li>香港註冊中醫師，英國中醫藥學會成員。2008年畢業於香港大學中醫全科學士，及後取得針灸學碩士。近年研習中醫傳統氣象學說，擅長順應節氣或氣候變化調整治理方案，對各類過敏性疾病如皮膚病、咳嗽、鼻敏感等有較深體會。</li></ul>Mr. Leo Leung<ul><li>Mr. Leo Leung is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner of Hong Kong, and a full member of The association of traditional Chinese Medicine &amp; Acupuncture UK. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2008, and gain his Bachelor and Master degree in TCM and acupuncture. Applying the traditional chinese medicine theory, he is capable to customize a health care plan according to the change of weather or seasons. Skin disorder, cough, allergic rhinitis are also his interest of study.</li></ul>
