Whether you're training for your first big race, one of many, or you're simply motivated and looking to meet some like minded runners...come run with us!18:00 - 18:30 : Arrive in store, drop off your bags, shoe trials and get ready to set off!18:45 - 19:15 : Guided 5km run around the local area, led by the ON community and local Cardiff run crews19:15 - 19:45 : Return to store, collect your bags and join us for some post-run refreshments.By signing up to this event you agree to the below participation and photography disclaimer.
