Guided meditations to start and end the day

EARLY BIRD MEDITATION: Start the day with a peaceful, positive and uplifted mind!NIGHT OWL MEDITATION: Prepare your mind for sweet dreams!A guided meditation and short explanation for morning and evening with Gen Gakyi.
