This session will focus on one of the more complex areas of corporate fundraising: Commercial Participation Relationships.We’ll walk through what Commercial Participation Agreements are, why they are needed, the legal and regulatory requirements for Commercial Participation Agreements (CPAs), discuss how to manage expectations when entering into partnerships, and provide a practical overview of basic contract law for charities.This session will be led by Emma Millar, Legal Director in the Charities and Social Enterprise team at Broadfield Law, NED at Social Enterprise East of England, and mentor at the School of Social Entrepreneurs. Emma is an esteemed expert in this field, and we are delighted to have her share her insights and tips during this presentation, with space for Q&amp;A.This session is tailored for leaders in the realm of corporate partnerships and nonprofit fundraising dedicated to representing registered charities and social enterprises.
