Stillness feels uncomfortable. And unless you’re achieving, organising, or holding everything together, you don’t quite feel safe.You might call it stress, anxiety, or burnout. But deep down, you know it’s more than that.You’re exhausted from always having to do. From managing, pushing, perfecting, and staying in control.
