* Scroll down for English * Pontio'r Bwlch: Darparu Gwasanaethau ADY gydag Adnoddau CyfyngedigYn ystod y blynyddoedd diwethaf, mae colegau ledled Cymru wedi cymryd camau sylweddol i wella profiad pobl ifanc ag Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (ADY). Mae cynllunio pontio gwell, ffocws cryfach ar ddulliau sy'n canolbwyntio ar y person, a mwy o hyfforddiant staff i gyd wedi cyfrannu at gefnogaeth fwy effeithiol nag erioed o'r blaen.Fodd bynnag, wrth i ni fynd i mewn i'r drydedd flwyddyn a'r flwyddyn olaf o weithredu Deddf ALNET (Cymru), mae timau ADY yn wynebu heriau cynyddol. Heb unrhyw gyllid ychwanegol wedi'i ddyrannu a rhai colegau'n rheoli dros 500 o Gynlluniau Datblygu Unigol (CDU), mae cyflawni'r holl ddyletswyddau statudol o dan y Ddeddf yn dod yn gynyddol anodd. Nid yw'r angen am gydweithio, arloesi, ac arfer gorau a rennir erioed wedi bod yn fwy.Bydd Cynhadledd eleni yn canolbwyntio ar ddulliau ymarferol a chynaliadwy sy'n cefnogi colegau i fodloni llythyren ac ysbryd Deddf a Chod ALNET. Bydd sesiynau'n archwilio sut y gall technoleg, gan gynnwys deallusrwydd artiffisial, wella prosesau ADY, ochr yn ochr ag enghreifftiau o ddarpariaeth effeithiol, sy'n canolbwyntio ar y dysgwr o bob cwr o'r sector.Bydd y bore yn cynnwys cyfraniadau gan amrywiaeth o golegau, tra bydd y prynhawn yn cynnig cyfle i gynrychiolwyr gymryd rhan mewn trafodaethau rhyngweithiol ar bolisi ac ymarfer. Rydym hefyd yn falch iawn o groesawu Leanne Howe, arbenigwr blaenllaw ar gymhwyso deallusrwydd artiffisial mewn addysg bellach, fel ein prif siaradwr.Bydd rhaglen lawn yn cael ei rhannu'n agosach at y digwyddiad.Edrychwn ymlaen at eich croesawu.---Bridging the Gap: Delivering ALN Services with Limited ResourcesIn recent years, colleges across Wales have made significant strides in improving the experience of young people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). Enhanced transition planning, a stronger focus on person-centred approaches, and increased staff training have all contributed to more effective support than ever before.However, as we enter the third and final year of ALNET (Wales) Act implementation, ALN teams face mounting challenges. With no additional funding allocated and some colleges managing over 500 Individual Development Plans (IDPs), meeting all statutory duties under the Act is becoming increasingly difficult. The need for collaboration, innovation, and shared best practice has never been greater.This year’s Conference will focus on practical and sustainable approaches that support colleges to meet both the letter and the spirit of the ALNET Act and Code. Sessions will explore how technology, including artificial intelligence, can enhance ALN processes, alongside examples of effective, learner-centred provision from across the sector.The morning will feature contributions from a range of colleges, while the afternoon will offer delegates the chance to engage in interactive discussions on policy and practice. We are also delighted to welcome Leanne Howe, a leading expert on the application of AI in FE, as our keynote speaker.A full programme will be shared closer to the event.We look forward to welcoming you.
