Future Fossil is a major new public artork for Oxley Park in Milton Keynes featuring a life sized fossilised house. It creates a new public space where community activities and cultural programmes can be enjoyed.

<p>Artists Paul Smyth and Andy Merritt (of artist duo Something &amp; Son, who realised Future Fossil) host a conversation with some of Something &amp; Son’s current and previous collaborators including architectural designer Benjamin Perrot and Cyndi Anafo.</p><p>The Talk explores what happens when you encounter people from different disciplines, the development of Something &amp; Son’s approach to creating artworks and installa- tions and their unique ‘open platform’ approach, collaboration with non-human species, and what community participation means in the context of their work.</p>
