Is there an age limit?

Everyone aged 16+ is welcome to attend.

Question 2

What do I need to do on the day?

Yoga mats and props will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please aim to arrive 5-10 mins early so that you have enough time to get settled. Try to avoid eating a large meal for 2 hours before the session.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothes. Sports gear, yoga leggings or loose trousers would work well. You may want to bring an extra layer for warmth.

Who will run the session?

Gwen trained as a Gong Master under Sarah Gregg on a CMA-accredited course. She is particularly interested in the gong's power to free us from anxiety we're holding in our body, helping those she works with to find their purpose and rediscover joy after past trauma.
