A friendly Zoom get-together for the over 50&#x27;s where you can learn more about creative writing and story-telling and develop your existing skills. You can dip into one of the sessions, or join us throughout the month to develop your writing.
Cyfarfod Zoom cyfeillgar i bobl dros 50 oed lle y gallwch ddysgu mwy am ysgrifennu creadigol ac adrodd straeon a datblygu’ch sgiliau presennol. Gallwch fynychu un o’r sesiynau, neu ymuno â ni drwy gydol y mis i ddatblygu’ch sgiliau ysgrifennu. 
 
Age Cymru is gathering the reflections of older people during the Covid19 lockdown and hope that you will be inspired to share your experiences, in Welsh or English, after attending the workshops. 
Mae Age Cymru yn casglu myfyrdodau pobl hŷn yn ystod cyfnod clo Covid19 ac yn gobeithio y byddwch wedi’ch ysbrydoli i rannu’ch profiadau, yn Gymraeg neu Saesneg, ar ôl mynychu’r gweithdai. 

All workshops sessions will be 1 – 1.5 hours. Use the Eventbrite links to book onto the workshops and you’ll be sent the Zoom link 24 hours before.
Bydd yr holl sesiynau gweithdy’n para 1 – 1.5 awr. Defnyddiwch y dolenni Eventbrite i neilltuo lle yn y gweithdai a bydd y ddolen Zoom yn cael ei hanfon atoch 24 awr o flaen llaw.

Sarah Reed has created a range of innovative communication products, projects and workshops, based on her award-winning REAL Communication Framework and Many Happy Returns conversation trigger cards, since 2005. Recently, for Age Cymru, she has been gathering and celebrating shared life stories of older people across Wales who have become isolated by age and circumstances. 
This interactive workshop will boost your understanding, confidence and ways of telling your stories, supported by a range of strategies, tips and tools.
Mae Sarah Reed wedi creu ystod o gynhyrchion cyfathrebu, prosiectau a gweithdai arloesol, wedi’u seilio ar ei Fframwaith Cyfathrebu REAL a’i chardiau annog sgwrs ‘Many Happy Returns’ arobryn, ers 2005. Yn ddiweddar, ar gyfer Age Cymru, mae hi wedi bod yn casglu a dathlu straeon bywyd a rannwyd gan bobl hŷn ledled Cymru sydd wedi cael eu hynysu oherwydd oedran ac amgylchiadau. 
Bydd y gweithdy rhyngweithiol hwn yn cynyddu eich dealltwriaeth, eich hyder a’ch ffyrdd o adrodd eich straeon, gyda chymorth amrywiaeth o strategaethau, awgrymiadau ac adnoddau.
