Their campaign secured Scotland’s world first commitment to LGBT Inclusive Education. The charity also leads the Digital Discourse Initiative, countering the effects of disinformation and online hate on young people.Dr Kevin Guyan (he/him) is a writer and researcher whose work explores the intersection of data and identity. He is the author of <a href="https://www.bloomsbury.com/uk/rainbow-trap-9781350429680/" title="https://www.bloomsbury.com/uk/rainbow-trap-9781350429680/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rainbow Trap: Queer Lives, Classifications and the Dangers of Inclusion</a> (Bloomsbury, 2025) and <a href="https://www.bloomsbury.com/uk/queer-data-9781350230729/" title="https://www.bloomsbury.com/uk/queer-data-9781350230729/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Queer Data: Using Gender, Sex and Sexuality Data for Action</a> (Bloomsbury, 2022). Kevin is a Chancellor’s Fellow at the University of Edinburgh and Director of the Gender + Sexuality Data Lab.EYVE (performer )music embodies her takes on Afro-futurism with a contemporary edge, creating a sonic identity that champions empowerment and self-expression. Nominated for 2024’s Scottish Alternative Music Award &amp; Youth Music ‘One to Watch in 2025’, her message resonates deeply with a diverse and growing audience, positioning her as a true “breath of fresh air” within Scotland’s landscape of music. Their global experience includes working in Sudan and Pakistan on youth and education programs with the Department for International Development.Beyond their professional leadership, Ellis is a trainee psychotherapist specialising in work with the trans community in Glasgow. Her expertise spans DEI, fundraising, grant management and social impact, having collaborated with over 100 charities, B corps and social enterprises to amplify their impact.When she’s not driving social change, Lou can be found adventuring across Scotland in her very old trusty campervan.
