The session is designed for governors on the Headteacher appraisal group for schools that purchase the appraisal Package from ODBE. FREE to appraisal governors in schools that purchase the Headteacher Appraisal package from ODBE.
The session is for both new appraisal governors and those with experience who would like a refresher. We will explore the purpose of appraisal, the necessity to focus on headteacher wellbeing and continued professional development.
During the session members of the adviser times with experience of facilitating Headteacher appraisal will share the importance of this process in supporting our school leaders and enabling governors to set SMART targets for Headteachers.
