Join us to learn more about the newly established Caribbean Oxford Initiative, meet the first CaribOx Fellows, and network over drinks

TORCH is managing the pilot phase of the initiative, and has been excited to welcome the first recipients to Oxford this term. The visiting fellows this year are <a href="https://torch.ox.ac.uk/people/dr-brandon-j-bethel" title="https://torch.ox.ac.uk/people/dr-brandon-j-bethel" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Professor Brandon Bethel</a>, a marine oceanographer and <a href="https://torch.ox.ac.uk/people/grace-turner" title="https://torch.ox.ac.uk/people/grace-turner" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr Grace Turner</a>, an archaeologist and Travel Grant recipient is <a href="https://torch.ox.ac.uk/people/dr-nekeisha-spencer" title="https://torch.ox.ac.uk/people/dr-nekeisha-spencer" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr Nekeisha Spencer</a>, an economist. At this event you will be able to hear about their research and what the fellowship has meant to them and their Oxford collaborators.
