(English version available below) <h3>Trafford 夜講場</h3><h3>第六場《認識身份認同與精神健康 - 下篇》</h3>有無聽過 「身份危機」呢樣野？原來身份認同由我地年青嘅時候已經開始建立，問「自己係邊個」不知不覺間已建立。不過，因為移民，呢個「自己係邊個 」就動搖。移民嘅過程中放棄以前嘅身份、角色同地位，有時難免有失落，甚至開始唔知自己係邊個。原來呢種危機會影響我地嘅心理、人際關係相處同情緒健康？Trafford Hongkongers CIC 聯同 Hong Kong Counsellors Hub CIC 將安排5月27日同6月3日兩次講座深入分享呢個題目，唔單止想大家認識一下，講者從分享佢嘅自身經驗令參加者反思自己嘅狀況，可以了解自己之餘，又可以互相學習搵吓出路！楊志華先生 (擁有18年輔導經驗, 專於家庭治療、婚姻治療和個人情緒輔導。現為愛丁堡大學心理治療博士生)承蒙 North West Regional Strategic Migration Partnership 資助，Trafford Hongkongers CIC 聯同 Hong Kong Counsellors Hub CIC 於今年四月到六月舉行一連串網上講座，目的是以不同角度和範疇，去表述移民歷程中挑戰及分享如何面對及疏解。所有講座均由資深輔導員講解及分享，希望參加者可從中得到啓示，並為自己尋求一條適合自己的出路去舒解在移民過程中產生的困惑和困難。 <h4>第六場《認識身份認同與精神健康 - 下篇》</h4>🗓 日期：2025年6月3日（星期二）（英國時間）🕗 時間：晚上 8:00 - 晚上 9:30💻 平台：Google Meets🔗 報名：<a href="https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1376782386179" title="https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1376782386179" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1376782386179</a>上述講座由資深輔導員主領，並設有問答時間及分享社區資源資訊。歡迎任何人報名參加是次網上講座，以全面地了解自己及家人之需要。費用全免。 <h3>Trafford Night Talk</h3><h3>Session 6 - "Understanding Identity and Mental Health Part Two"</h3>Have you ever heard of an "identity crisis"? It turns out that our sense of identity starts forming when we’re young — the question of “Who am I?” begins to take shape without us even realising it. However, after emigrating, this sense of identity can become unsettled. The process of migration often involves letting go of our previous identity, roles, and social status, which can lead to a sense of loss. Sometimes, we might even begin to feel unsure about who we really are. This kind of crisis can affect our mental wellbeing, our relationships with others, and our emotional health.We’re organising two talks on this topic, taking place on 27 May and 3 June. The aim isn’t just to raise awareness — the speaker will also share his personal experiences to help participants reflect on their own situations. It’s a chance not only to better understand yourself, but also to learn from one another and explore possible ways forward.Speaker: Mr Chi Wah Yeung (with 18 years of counselling experience, specialising in family therapy, marriage counselling, and emotional support. Currently a doctoral student in psychotherapy at the University of Edinburgh)Thanks to funding from the North West Regional Strategic Migration Partnership, Trafford Hongkongers CIC, in collaboration with Hong Kong Counsellors Hub CIC, is hosting a series of online talks from April to June 2025. These sessions will explore the challenges of migration from different perspectives and provide guidance on how to cope.
