Where do I park?

There will be limited parking on the old Tesco site, but all car parks in Forres are free and are a short walk away from the ground.

Do you have disabled parking?

Yes, disabled parking will be outside AES solar next door to the stadium.

Question 3

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Accepted Answer

You can bring your own picnic and soft drinks (in plastic bottles/cartons), but no alcohol will be permitted and bags etc will be searched before entry.  We recommend you bring your own sealed bottles of water for all attendees.

Are there toilets on-site?

Yes, toilets are available on-site.

Do you have accessible toilets?

Accepted Answer

Yes there are accessible toilet facilities.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are baby changing facilities, just ask the stewards where to go on the day.

Does my baby need a ticket even though they have free admission?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every attendee must have secured a ticket prior to arrival - this is for insurance purposes as we can only have a limited number of people at the event.  Please select their free ticket when purchasing others.

Do I need my identification for buying alcohol?

Yes, we will be operating a challenge 25 policy at the bar so it is advisable to bring your ID so you don't get refused.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for tickets as this is a fundraising event.  You can only receive a refund if the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Can we come and go to our vehicle?

Yes, you will be provided with a wristband if you need to leave so you will be permitted back into the event.

What if I haven't received my online ticket?

Please check your email spam/junk folder in case it has been redirected there.  If you are unable to locate the email, please contact us, including your name and billing address for verification, and we will be able to assist you.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, we cannot permit dogs into the events field, except for assistance dogs.

Will you accept card payments at the event?

Accepted Answer

The majority of stall holders have card machines, so will accept card payments. The bar and will also accept card payments. Please note there are no cash machines on site.

Are Carer/Companion tickets available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, one complimentary companion ticket can be issued to the Companion/Carer of a full paying Adult visitor. Please be aware that you will be asked to provide evidence for your purchase to be accepted. Please contact the office yourvibe2010@gmail.com

Can I bring my own chair?

Yes, feel free to bring picnic blankets/chairs to the event.

Will my bag be searched at the gate?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have security staff checking bags for alcohol or prohibited items e.g. knives etc.

What is your policy for substance misuse?

Accepted Answer

We have a zero tolerance policy for substance misuse, searches will take place at the entrance if felt necessary and anyone found in possession of substances will be reported to the Police.  Stop and search procedures will be in place at the event.
