Jump start 2021 with IICF Wellness week! Cultivate your creativity, be inspired and learn new ways to promote your well-being. 

Join IICF for a series of interactive sessions to re-energise and improve your wellbeing: Reduce your stress and improve your energy with the right nutrion, get active with a yogalates class suitable for all levels, and be mindful with a talk on resilience and a creative paper cutting class. Join one or all four sessions.Want to reconnect with friends or colleagues? Looking for ways to entertain your children over half term? Invite them to join!PLEASE NOTE: Sessions will be held at 12pm or 1pm GMT. Please purchse tickets for each session you wish to join and you will receive a Zoom link prior to each event...........................................................................................................................15 February: Being Mindful to Flourish in Work &amp; Life - Susan Peacock, Founder of LiveWorkWell, helps individuals and teams to flourish in work and life through resilience and mindfulness . Her talk will cover topics such as: Being in the present moment, Using awareness and focus to manage challenges, Good and bad stress and Bringing curiosity and kindness to difference. (note: date changed)16 February: Eating Right for Winter Wellness - Lisa Patient and Emily Fawell, from Vital Health Nutrition will provide practical advice on how to keep your immune system strong this winter. They will discuss the importance of key nutrients such as Vitamin D, Vitamin C, zinc and antioxidants in keeping you fit and energised, and suggest ways to get the most from the food you eat. The talk ends with a 15-minute Q&amp;A to answers to your niggling questions about nutrition.17 February: Yogalates - Take time out from your busy day to strengthen and stretch your body with a 45-minute Yogalates session followed by an optional 15-minute guided meditation. The session will be led by Nicola Numa and Nicci Morris of n2 yoga | Pilates and is suitable for all levels.19 February: Curious Creativity: Paper Cutting and Mindfulness - Learn how to take action and express yourself with ‘just’ one word. We all have the ability to create something; learn and embrace this… and also embrace our mistakes.Let’s see where it takes you and reassure you that certain mistakes are manageable. The process is just as important as the outcome; distracting us from anxious thoughts and helping us to feel more centred.Kathy, Simone and Helene will introduce you to the art of paper cutting: cutting out simple shapes and words with creative curiosity. Working out the words that work for YOU and how simple acts can help us and be a constant reminder of the elegant simplicity of life.
