Do you find your mood is different, depending on who you&#x27;ve seen or been talking to? It&#x27;s easy to pick up other people&#x27;s vibes - sadness, anxiety, irritability, and they can effect you in an instant. It&#x27;s also easy to use Reiki to let some of these emotions go if they&#x27;re not yours. Join us on online on Wednesday evening, 17th Feb 20210 at 7.30pm UK time, to talk about and practise Reiki &amp; Scanning Energy at our Reiki Skills &amp; Share workshop.Living in challenging times, whilst supporting loved ones, friends and neighbours far and wide, can affect our own energy levels &amp; wellbeing. Reiki Skills and Share workshops are wonderful for replenishing our own resources and exploring how we can support others whilst maintaining our resilience &amp; mood. This month, we&#x27;ll be looking at Scanning Energy with Reiki, to sense and treat discomfort in our mood/aura before it effects us physically, both for &#x27;in person&#x27; in your household/bubble and Distance Reiki treatments. No prior experience of Reiki necessary.There will be an opportunity to pick up tips &amp; techniques, ask questions, share experiences, send &amp; receive Reiki, get support and feed back. Reiki Shares are a great way to build up confidence in sending Reiki, meet up with like minded people, learn from each other and get a lovely Distance Reiki treatment too!&quot;..a very uplifting and refreshing share and support workshop...I would recommend anyone who has not or has done Reiki to join and experience the session...&quot; recent attendee**Please arrange for privacy and quiet with your household for your own, and other participants&#x27; comfort.  Aim to be sitting comfortably with a blanket and cushions at our event time. Feel free to have any crystals or other healing items with you and have a glass of water ready for afterwards.**Zoom link will be emailed to you with confirmed event details.Suitable for all levels and lineages of Reiki to extend their knowledge, practise their skills and share Reiki in a supportive and non judgemental environment. Also for complete beginners to experience Reiki prior to a treatment or training. All workshops and courses are open to both men and women, aged 18+.No prior experience of Meditation, Reiki or Sound Healing required, but please do let us know about any health issues/conditions/concerns which may effect your participation eg 1st trimester of pregnancy, low blood pressure, diabetes, severe mental health issues etc - all information is treated in strict confidence. This will prolong the relaxing and therapeutic benefits of the treatment session. Please also stay hydrated and avoid alcohol and caffeine. This will help flush out any toxins. Individual responses vary to Reiki treatments. Many people feel refreshed and recharged. Others may feel slightly fuzzy headed, tired, emotional or have cold-like symptoms. In those cases, keep drinking water as your body is rebalancing. Some clients experience a slight worsening of original symptoms before they feel better. This is very common as your body systems re-adjust after stress release and are usually gone within a day. Again, keep drinking water.
