About this event

Health • Mental health

Chy-Sawel is delighted to invite you to our ninth conference, focusing on the vital relationship between nutrition & Mental Health.

Today’s modern diets are filled with ultra-processed foods, excessive sugar, and harmful oils. Due to this many are now nutrient deficient.

Our environment is bombarded with toxic chemicals from modern farming methods, and endocrine disruptors from plastics which are now found in our water, food and air. Our bodies are designed to keep us fit and healthy with the right conditions, i.e., proper nutrition, exercise and good sleep patterns.

Join us for a day of cutting-edge insights, expert speakers, and an opportunity to connect with others exploring new ways to support mental wellbeing.

Tickets include lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
