Where do I enter the building?

Please note that St Margaret’s House has multiple entrances: one basement entrance via the car park (which has step-free access), and one off of London Road (which does not). Studio 6.02 is on the 6th floor and there is an elevator.

How many people will be there?
Normally there will be 8-10 people. It will probably be a mix of new people and people who have participated before

What can I expect to happen?

There will be a mix of practice exercises in pairs and  some  whole group  activites. All the exercises are intended to help you feel more connected with yourself and with others.

Is there car parking?

The car park entrance  is via Restalrig Road South. Take a left before the bridge into the car park then follow the railway line to the back of the brown brick building. Enter via the blue basement door.  Only available at the weekend.
