<p>What to expect?  Once you&#x27;ve booked I will send you a zoom link for the Pause hour and a few words to explain the way the hour works.  There&#x27;s no prep other that to intentionally put the hour aside.  There&#x27;ll be up to 6 of us and I will facilitate the conversation.  You&#x27;ll have the chance to reflect on whatever it is that you&#x27;d like to talk about, and to listen to whatever the others have to say.  It&#x27;s always a delight and often a surprise to realise how much can happen when you&#x27;re given the space to think in this way.  Between us we provide the environment to listen and be heard, to be encouraged.  </p>
