About this event
- Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes
Learn how to use self-hypnosis for yourself - and for your clients.
Self-hypnosis is a powerful technique that's similar to mindfulness, but focuses on your own ability to create change within your own mind. By learning this simple technique, you can help yourself to relax quicker and creating change for yourself.
During this Masterclass, we will discuss about how you can introduce self-hypnosis to your coaching clients to help them:
- Relax faster
- Overcome stress
- Find a place of calm
- Make simple changes to their attitude
All without moving away from client-centred ICF-style coaching.
We will also spend some time talking about how further training in hypnosis for ICF-style coaches can help you support your clients even more in their journey.
This Masterclass will take place on the following dates:
Wednesday 13 August
Wednesday 27 August
Wednesday 3 September
On each date, the class will run twice:
5:00pm - 6:30pm UK (12:00pm - 1:30pm EST)
10:00pm - 11:30pm UK (5:00pm - 6:30pm EST)
Frequently asked questions
No, but this Masterclass is designed with coaches trained in the ICF-style of coaching in mind.
At Elm Hypnotherapy and Coaching, we don't believe in didactic, lecture style training. We hope that everyone can feel comfortable to join us in trying out the techniques. We'd love everyone to be on camera and taking part throughout.
Matthew Dooley-Wain (he/him) is an ICF-accredited PCC coach and a BASCH-registered hypnotherapist. He works in both coaching and hypnotherapy methodologies, and is now teaching coaches to use hypnotic techniques with their clients. His background is in education and the corporate world.
We've all been there. This course is a stand alone course that will teach you a technique you can use immediately. We will discuss a larger course (Hypnosis for Coaches) which is paid for, and attracts ICF CCE credits, but I promise this will be a small element of this Masterclass.
