Join us for 4 work shops which will work with the senses through creative mask making

This series of workshops is centred on working with the senses through mask making. By familiarising ourselves with how our senses experience the world around us, we can achieve grounding effects, which can support our mental health. Grounding is a versatile and valuable technique, which can be used in pretty much any situation. In each workshop we’ll be exploring 4 of our senses, which are: Seeing, Hearing, Feeling, Smelling. All will be about mask making and how each sense can be used in tandem with creativity.
