What do I need to bring?

If it is dry, we will be outside with a fire, so please dress accordingly.
Bring a yoga mat/camping mat for outdoor/indoor gentle yoga. (you may find the ground a little hard).
Wear loose clothing & bring an eye mask for the yoga & sound bath.
Bring a journal/blanket & pillow

Is this event open to everyone?

Yes everyone is welcome. Although we recommend children be 14+

Question 3

Is this an outdoor event?

Accepted Answer

This is an outdoor and indoor event. Where possible outside, weather permitting. Please dress accordingly.

Question 4

I have food allergies, can these be catered for?

Accepted Answer

Yes, of course. Please let us know your dietary requirements and we will endeavour to provide a delicious alternative for you.

Question 5

I have never done anything like this before. Do I need experience?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! This event is open to anyone who feels drawn and wants to experience a deeply relaxing and nurturing time.

If I can't attend the event, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final.
We are unable to offer refunds, except in the unlikely case of cancellation. Tickets are transferable – if you can no longer attend, please pass your ticket along to a friend.
If you have extenuating circumstances, please let us know, and we will do our best to help.

Do I need to bring my own lunch?

Refreshments, food & dietary requirements:

Refreshments are provided throughout the day, along with a delicious Solstice style brunch.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements and we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative.
