Wild Women (at the Hive)

Wild Women (at the Hive)

By The Hive

Overview

If you love nature, want to support your wellbeing and feel a valued part of a community – our monthly Wild Women is for you!

Wild Women is a community built by you and for you. It will be shaped by what serves the group and will provide a safe space for you to give and receive what you need.

Each month there will be a mixture of nature and wellbeing activities based in the Hive grounds and Epping Forest. For example:

  • Gather around the campfire for a cuppa and a chat
  • Share simple crafts and learn new skills
  • Explore mindfulness practices and find what works for you
  • Look after your body with gentle exercises or walks in the woods
  • Bookclub discussions
  • Community cooking (and eating!)
  • *Support for moving through menopause more smoothly

Sessions will be facilitated by our qualified Wilderness Therapeutic Practitioner, who is passionate about bringing the benefits of nature to all ages. While this is not therapy, you will be well supported.

*The group is for all women at all stages, but we recognise that some periods of life can be more challenging than others. We particularly encourage those moving through menopause or other stressful times. Activities will be specially chosen to empower, inspire and nurture you.

We list the next two sessions in advance: Continue to Tickets, to view available dates.
